A message from the Executive Director:
On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and our staff, let me welcome you to the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA). We are proud of the work that we do to provide housing and rental assistance to more than 4,200 families in need throughout Pinellas County. Our purpose for this Web site is to help you find information about public, affordable and workforce housing in general and programs offered through the Pinellas County Housing Authority in particular.
Whether you are seeking public housing or affordable housing opportunities, or you are a landlord or a vendor seeking to partner with us, I hope that our Web site can help you obtain the information you need. We invite you to learn more about our housing programs or to research other helpful resources, available through the related links section. If you are seeking employment opportunities with the authority, you can view our current job openings.
We are one of five housing authorities in Pinellas County. Through inter-local agreements, we participate in an Economies of Scale (EOS) initiative with the Clearwater Housing Authority, the Dunedin Housing Authority, and the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. Working within our EOS programs, we are saving dollars and serving as many people as possible with the limited resources we have. I invite you to learn more about our EOS initiative.
