Human Resources

The Human Resources department is responsible for activities such as planning, directing, and coordinating personnel management; risk management; regulatory compliance and, payroll and benefits administration for approximately 60 PCHA employees.  The department is also responsible for developing and implementing procedures required for compliance with State and Federal regulations, Housing Authority policies and procedures as well as conducting and coordinating staff training programs.
