PCHA's Information Technology Department is responsible for management and support of the technology architecture, hardware, software, telecommunications and respective resources throughout PCHA's central and satellite offices. The department is dedicated to delivering a high level quality of service to authority employees.

In addition to the quality of service, the department is in the process of developing and implementing technology programs based on information technology best practices.  The information technology department has set some lofty goals for the upcoming years.  Those goals include system virtualization, revamping existing phone systems, expanding current bandwidth provisions, local workstation rollouts, and software upgrades.
