On behalf of the staff of the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA), our Board and myself, thank you for your interest in our agency.  I hope our newly designed website provides information that is helpful to you.

PCHA is the largest housing authority in Pinellas County serving approximately 10,000 individuals.  Our goal is to provide quality, affordable housing to the individuals and families who live in our residential communities and to those who receive assistance through our rental assistance programs.  We also strive to provide avenues of opportunity for resident employment and self-sufficiency by aggressively pursuing partnerships with public and private entities that offer education, job training, small business development, etc.  We believe that when we empower one family to leave assisted housing, the door opens for another family in need.
