Crystal Lakes Manor consists of 235, one-story, one and two bedroom garden-style apartments. Units are reserved for income-eligible residents, who are 62 years of age and older. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Rental rates are affordable at $435.00 for a one bedroom unit and $475.00 for a two bedroom unit.

Pets under 20 pounds are permitted.

Crystal Lakes Manor also offers a Senior Housing Program to income eligible seniors who pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent.
