LandlordsFree Landlord WorkshopsPCHA hosts free landlord workshops regularly to introduce interested area landlords to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. In excess of $35 million in housing assistance payments, made through the HCV program, is put directly into the Pinellas County economy annually. 2010 Landlord Workshops March 9, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. June 22, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. September 21, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. December 7, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. All workshops/trainings will be held at the Pinellas County Housing Authority located at 11479 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida.
